Collaboration2gether, Inc. is dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through prevention, intervention, and supportive services that promote safety, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency.
We provide food and essential needs assistance, youth mentorship, family stabilization, life-skills development, and advocacy for vulnerable and underserved populations.
Our work is grounded in dignity, equity, compassion, and accountability, ensuring access to resources that reduce barriers, prevent crisis, and support positive outcomes across the lifespan.

Programs, Services & Resources
Save Our Sons & Youth
Youth mentorship, leadership development, life-skills training, and prevention services for boys and young men ages 10–17, focused on character, accountability, and purpose.
Veterans & Vulnerable Adults Support
Collaboration2gether, Inc. provides advocacy, protection, and coordinated support for veterans and vulnerable adults facing neglect, exploitation, housing instability, or complex care needs.
Our work centers dignity, safety, faith, and accountability ensuring no individual is overlooked or silenced.
Kinship Care & Family Support Services
Coaching, guidance, and support for kinship caregivers and families, including grandparents raising grandchildren, to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and promote healthy, stable households.
Street Outreach & Faith-Based Advocacy
Community outreach, prayer, crisis response, and resource connection for individuals and families experiencing hardship or transition.
Nourish2gether (Food & Essential Needs Assistance)
Nourish2gether is our food and essential needs assistance program.
Services include, but are not limited to, access to food resources, hygiene items, and essential supplies, along with community outreach and referrals for additional support.
Support is provided through trusted community partnerships to help individuals and families maintain stability and dignity.
Family Stabilization, Kinship & Virtual Learning Support
Support services for families and kinship caregivers, including grandparents and relatives raising children. Services include parenting guidance, youth mentorship, virtual learning supervision, routine building, academic accountability, advocacy, and resource navigation designed to reduce truancy, disengagement, and idle time while keeping youth safely on track.
This program supports students enrolled in virtual or alternative education settings who need structure, supervision, and accountability outside of traditional classrooms.
